Do you offer sessions online?

Sessions are offered online via Google Meet.

In person sessions are not needed for this type of work, as it is primarily energetic and not limited to physical proximity.

How do I book a session?

You can book a session by heading to my booking page or by going to my FB page, and clicking Book Now.

You can also reach out to me to request a session via the contact form or my email. If you have questions you'd like to ask me, reach out ahead of time!

How should I prepare for a session?

Make sure you have a quiet space, away from distraction, that you can sit in during our session. If you have a specific intention, bring that to the session. It's also helpful to have a paper and pen nearby if any insights arise during the session.

Do I need to be religious or spiritual to benefit from this work?

There is no need to be "religious" or "spiritual" to benefit from this work. As long as you are open-minded and ready to receive healing energy, it will be so.
